Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please text or call 502-632-3204 no later than 24 hours in advance. If you cancel, or reschedule less than 24 hours in advance you may be charged 50% of your appointment. If you no-show your appointment you are responsible for 100% of your appointment and the card on file will be debited. If the card on file is not active for any reason, you will not be allowed to schedule online until your past balance is paid.
